Will there be downtime during the migration?

The migration timing is planned so that your ongoing operations are affected as little as possible. Migrations can be carried out in the evening or at the weekend, for example, so that your employees can continue working directly in the new environment on the next working day.

What happens to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides?

Google-native file formats are automatically converted into the corresponding Microsoft Office formats, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as part of the migration. Your content remains fully intact.

Are folder structures and permissions retained?

Yes. Existing folder structures, metadata and permissions are transferred during the migration. Personal Google Drives are migrated to OneDrive, shared drives to SharePoint document libraries.
