What is part of a professional Teams implementation?

A successful implementation involves more than technical configuration. The strategy needs to go beyond setup and also include the right change and adoption measures as well as governance, so your employees adopt the tools and your IT can manage the new environment.

How long does a Teams implementation take?

That depends on the scope. We plan every implementation in phases, from analysis and piloting to company-wide rollout, so you can see initial results quickly and roll out step by step.

What can we do if Teams has already been rolled out but is not being used properly?

This is one of the most common starting points. We analyze current usage, identify governance gaps and adoption issues, and develop measures to improve usage sustainably, from cleaning up structures and defining new governance rules to targeted training.

Do we need novaWorxx for governance?

Not necessarily. Microsoft Teams offers standard governance functions that are sufficient for simple setups. For more complex requirements, such as templates, lifecycle management or automated provisioning, novaWorxx closes the gaps that the standard does not cover.

Can we also use Teams as a phone system?
